I’ve spent my career working with individuals and families in areas of life that are often the hardest to manage. My goal is to create a space where these conversations feel completely safe to have, with a provider who strives to help you succeed.

I believe everyone deserves a judgement-free space, and to design a life they're happy in - I'm here to support you in achieving your goals with compassionate, person-centered care.

My approach is shaped by years of experience as a former senior counsellor combined with expertise in business, management, and leadership. I don't look at your life through a lens of symptoms or checklists. I look at the whole picture - who you are, your unique strengths, and the real-world environment you live in. Because I understand firsthand what it’s like when life gets heavy, I know that real growth can’t be rushed.
